Orgran I had visions of having to miss out on so many of the foods that I love, including breads and pastas. However, as my GF journey continues, I am constantly discovering alternatives and substitutes.

The latest addition to my gluten free experience, is a brand of GF foods produced by Orgran. Not only are their products Gluten Free, but they are also Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg free, Yeast Free, GMO Free and Vegan!

When you have special dietary requirements it can be very frustrating having to investigate every single packet you pick up, to check whether or not it will be safe to eat. For people on special diets, Orgran is an easy and convenient choice without having to read complex ingredients listings.

Recently I tried Orgran’s Pasta flour, with great results and I’ve been investigating their products further. The range of products is immense, spanning gluten free pastas, flour mixes, biscuits, soups, sauce mixes and much, much more.

One product in particular has really captured my imagination - Orgran’s Gluten Free Gluten Substitute (GfG). This is a revolutionary new development that gives starches and other gluten free flours, workability and versatility. GfG Substitute mimics the physical protein found in wheat in a way to allow the forming of dough or batter with a similar consistency and characteristics to wheat based ingredients. I can’t wait to try it and feedback to you with the results!
