Where are we based?
Eating Britain is a UK Food website run by David & Sarah, two food enthusiasts living on the South coast of England just along the road from Brighton which is one of the most ‘organic conscious’ communities in Britain.
What are we about?
Eating Britain was founded on the desire to know more about food intolerances, healthy eating and ethical practices - organic, free range and local produce. Whilst we research these subjects, we introduce associated recipes and ideas.
What are our aims?
The aim of this site is to inform on the food issues that matter and address the eating habits, lifestyles and desires of the British public.
Food intolerances / allergies and supporting local organic produce are areas we emphasise on Eating Britain, though this is by no means all that we write about. We are passionate about food in all aspects, from visiting food fairs to participating in Food Blog events; from reviewing ‘tried & tested’ products to discussing current food issues and news items.
Where has EatingBritain been featured?
We will be updating this section shortly with a list of the recent TV appearances, magazine items and other places that Eating Britain has been seen.
How can you be involved?
We like to cover the food that matters to you, as such we strongly encourage you to use the contact area of the site to ask us questions or submit ideas for things you would like us to cover. Additionally you can use the commenting feature on any post we write to leave your thoughts and opinions along with the other readers of Eating Britain.
All in all we hope that this site will help, educate and entertain you with all things related to Eating Britain!
