I confess! Until this week we have not been eating a lot of free-range chicken, eggs yes, chicken no. But as of the moment I read the Chicken Out campaign, I knew that I supported the cause and therefore would only eat free-range from now on.
On Saturday we bought a free-range chicken and various veg at our local Farmer’s Market, all in preparation for a delicious Sunday roast.
