		<description>Asparagus should be eaten within just hours of picking else they&#039;ll start to go starchy, like peas do. Last year I ate freshly picked asparagus from my Dad&#039;s garden, for the first time and really noticed the difference in taste. I don&#039;t buy the supermarket stuff anymore!

It&#039;s one thing I definitely want to grow myself once I have my own garden again. For now I&#039;ll pop down the local farm and get some from them instead!</description>
