Mother Theresa said (paraphrased), &quot;Forget about doing the &#039;big things&#039;; just do the small things with big love.&quot;
If we applied that in the kitchen, just taking small steps towards the ideal of going in the back yard to gather food for dinner, we might make some real progress. No one should be so overwhelmed that they can&#039;t take some steps in the right direction.
