Market Kitchen is UKTV Food’s daily food magazine series, presenting viewers with expert and entertaining new takes on how and where to find, enjoy and cook the very best fresh, seasonal food.
I have just spent a truly delightful day visiting the Market Kitchen studio in Kentish Town. I had the opportunity to meet two of the show’s presenters, both very knowledgeable and lovely people. The atmosphere was so friendly; from the chefs to the filming crew, to the other audience members. I met some wonderful folks and we all had one thing in common - we love food!
I learnt so much today, the items were interesting and thought provoking. It was a joy to watch the chefs demonstrating their skills and discussing their food passions. The dishes they created were more than just delicious; they were seasonal, made with ethically sourced ingredients and the recipes are user-friendly enough to make me want to try them out as soon as possible!
To see who I met and which dishes I got to taste, make sure you watch Market Kitchen on UKTV Food Tues 11th & Thurs 13th March.

I made something similar to this recently and it was very good. Ooozy cheese takes it to another level though! Good ole Jamie.
Nice blog :-)
