cocoaloco.gifEaster is just over a week away and for chocoholics (me!) it’s a very exciting time. There’s so many lovely chocolatey products out there it’s almost impossible to choose! But if you want to steer away from the traditional chocolate eggs and like me, ethics and sourcing are close to your heart, then I have a decadent alternative for you…

Cocoa Loco are a small family firm based in West Grinstead, West Sussex. Their ethics are exemplary; they refuse to compromise on the quality of their ingredients and create handmade organic products in a way that minimises impact on the environment. Certified as organic by the Soil Association, all their chocolate is ethically traded, free from any additives, pesticides and GM.

Cocoa Loco are award winners, their handmade organic dark chocolate truffles have been recognised as gold standard in the 2007 Great Taste Awards and they were voted Sussex Food Producer of the Year 2007.

Cocoa Loco’s ranges include truffles, hand made bars & buttons, cookies and the most delicious brownies. On each of their products they have provided dietary & allergen related information to assist you in your purchase. All of the products are suitable for Vegetarians and there is a range of products that are suitable for people with Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Egg Free requirements.

Have a look at their website for more information on all their ranges and particularly their gifts, in mind for Easter. I can highly recommend the ‘Big Gift Box’ which comes beautifully wrapped and you can choose the contents to suit your tastes - an Easter chocolate bonanza for the whole family… or just you!! :)
