Olympia will be the only place to be on 10-12 November as the BBC Good Food Show London opens its doors to the food-loving public. Bringing together a stunning array of produce from some of the country’s most innovative and highly successful food entrepreneurs combined with kitchen gadgets and accessories to solve almost every conceivable kitchen problem.. Where else can you try before you buy, ask questions about the products and ingredients and be entertained all at the same time?

The Christmas Kitchen sponsored by Bose will be the setting for some of the country’s top chefs to showcase their skills with sumptuous seasonal recipes. Antony Worrall Thompson, Gordon Ramsay, Jean-Christophe Novelli, Giorgio Locatelli and John Torode will be entertaining visitors with their wit, charm and undoubted expertise leaving even the most reluctant cook inspired and motivated. Many of the same chefs will also be appearing in The Kitchen Clinic sponsored by nPower and offering solutions to the visitors’ very own kitchen catastrophes. From how to make the best roast potatoes and avoid lumpy sauces to more advanced tips for the ambitious amateur, all aspiring chefs should not miss this opportunity to hone their skills and impress their guests.

Even the very best meal can be let down by a bad choice of wine but there is help at hand at the Show for this too. The Festive Tasting Theatre sponsored by Sainsbury’s will be offering advice from some of the country’s top experts on matching wine to food. Oz Clarke, Robert Joseph and Matt Skinner are just some of the experts who will be imparting their knowledge to ensure that the biggest meals of the festive season are a huge success. Drinks, The Fine Wines, Beers and Spirits Show is a show within a show bringing together every type of tipple for every occasion. With premium wines from all over the globe, beers, ales and ciders many of which boast a rich British brewing heritage to the huge variety of different spirits ranging from the sophisticated single malt to the dark and interesting black vodka, the Show is the ideal place to find both traditional and inspirational new festive drinks.

Henrietta Green’s FoodLovers’ Fair also makes its appearance at the BBC Good Food Show London. Famous for bringing together top quality sensational produce from FoodLovers’ approved producers, this is the place to find the very best of British. The Fair also has its own Demonstration Theatre where a number of top chefs including Thomasina Miers and Tom Parker Bowles will be demonstrating their passion for top British produce.
