Many of the same chefs will also be appearing in The Kitchen Clinic sponsored by nPower and offering solutions to the visitors’ very own kitchen catastrophes. From how to make the best roast potatoes and avoid lumpy sauces to more advanced tips for the ambitious amateur, all aspiring chefs should not miss this opportunity to hone their skills and impress their guests.

The Festive Tasting Theatre sponsored by Sainsbury’s will be offering advice from some of the country’s top experts on matching wine to food. Oz Clarke, Robert Joseph and Matt Skinner are just some of the experts who will be imparting their knowledge to ensure that the biggest meals of the festive season are a huge success. Drinks, The Fine Wines, Beers and Spirits Show is a show within a show bringing together every type of tipple for every occasion. With premium wines from all over the globe, beers, ales and ciders many of which boast a rich British brewing heritage to the huge variety of different spirits ranging from the sophisticated single malt to the dark and interesting black vodka, the Show is the ideal place to find both traditional and inspirational new festive drinks.
