As a busy mum it can be difficult to make time for both you and your family, especially when it comes to healthy eating. Sometimes you’re so busy trying to make sure the kids eat well that you forget it’s important for you to do the same.
Half of British mums admit they’re too rushed off their feet to eat healthily, with 67% only getting their 5-a-day once or twice a week at the most. A survey by Birds Eye highlights that it can be difficult for mums to make time for themselves and their family, especially when it comes to healthy eating.
Sheree Murphy is coming into the studio to talk about her campaign to encourage mums to eat positively and get their 5-a-day. Sheree is well aware of how difficult it is to make time for yourself when kids are part of the equation and has some helpful hints for mums trying to keep their own diet on track as well as the family’s.
Maybe you’re struggling to juggle all your commitments and make time for you, or perhaps you want to ask Sheree how she stays healthy as a busy mum. Whatever your question, log-on to the webchat and join the discussion.
Celebrity mum Sheree Murphy joins presenter Lis Speight live in the studio at www.webchats.tv on Friday 9th May at 12pm
