organicfortnightlogo.gifWe’re nearly half way through Organic Fortnight already! But don’t worry if you’ve missed some of the wonderful events going on, there are still plenty to come. There are food markets to visit, farm open days, food & drink tastings, an organic Teddy Bear’s Picnic and much, much more!

The Soil Association have all the information you need to find an Organic event going on in your area, but just for a taster, here are some events happening next weekend…

Sedlescombe Vineyard Walk

  • Visit the vineyard and shop.

Farm Open Day - Roundhurst Farm, West Sussex. 16th September

  • Guided farm walks, meet the animals and view the new organic vegetable area. A chance to experience life on an organic farm.

Local food and organic market - Brighton Town Centre. 16th & 17th September

  • This market is also associated with the Brighton food & drink festival and will be the largest local and organic food market in the South of England.

I really can’t wait to visit the Brighton food market! It sounds mouth-watering! I’ll let you know how I get on and keep a look out for my pics & reviews.
