		<description>Hi Linda, I&#039;m not sure why you&#039;ve been advised this.  Onions are the basis of flavour in many dishes so I wouldn&#039;t make a stew without them.  I can&#039;t see any reason not to include them.  Did your advisor give you a reason?</description>

		<description>Hi. That will greatly depend on the quality of the dining establishment! You will be perfectly safe to complain in any proper restaurant from bistro to michelin star quality. You&#039;d probably be ok in a pub where food is their primary business too. Especially if it is privately owned. Where, as a chef, I definitely wouldn&#039;t complain is in a pub chain. As with everything, you get what you pay for...</description>

		<description>I read with interest your comments on complaining to the waiter, I think one of the main reasons we don&#039;t is because we are afraid of what they will do to the food once it has been taken away and replaced.  Its not very professional, but believe me it does happen.</description>
