Top 10 Journey Foods for Angels

1) Grapes

2) Cherry Tomatoes

3) Vegetable Sticks : Carrot, cucumber, celery, peppers etc

4) Dried fruit & nuts

5) Apple / Pear slices - squirt a little lemon juice on them to prevent browning

6) Oat & dried fruit bars - healthy flapjacks!

7) Sushi - may sound a bit ‘different’ but california rolls are ideal - just make sure you take them in a cool bag/box.

8) Rice cakes

9) Tortilla wraps stuffed with any filling you like - no crumbs but beware of fall-out!!

10) Chunks of cheese - firm cheese is best eg cheddar
